Not all companies use a range of professional specialist equipment for their Wi-Fi testing and design.
Whilst we use, and are certified to use Ekahau design platforms (ECSE), excellent Wi-Fi design also requires other tools. 
This is really important, because testing for coverage alone will not prevent connection drop outs.
Only this way, can any supplier deliver total peace of mind.
